please install the "T" tube holder 
on the middle of the printer like below photo.

Use "T" tube holder instant of a long brig 

 Please note: if still printer cannot recognize the cartridge, please close the printer lid after cove the door sensor  & keep the battery connected all the time

 Warning : 

Never raise the external tank higher than your printer (even temporarily)!
