How can I refill the Robust CISS / RISS?

**The Small Plugs (Tanks Plugs) need to be left open at all times after you install the system
(update 26-08-2016) NEW!
***After installing your CISS:
The Small Plugs (Tank Plugs) must remain open at all times.
For HP 02 cartridges, 2 plugs must remain open at all times.
Warning :
Never raise the external tank higher than your printer (even temporarily)!
