Important Notice for all Brother CISS and Refillable Cartridges!

Dear all customers,

Please refrain from peeling or removing the plastic covers on the back of the cartridges (where the cartridge connects to the printer). This plastic seal ensures that no ink leaks from the cartridge into the printer. There may be quite a lot of resistance required when first placing the cartridges in place.

If you feel that you may be doing something that may damage the system, do not hesitate to contact us and we will provide our guidance.
