U150 cartridge not recognised error mess

It worked fine until this week when the large black cartridge began to return a U150 cartridge not recognised error message. Ive followed your instructions under CISS Questions and Answers with the exception of replacing the chip, as the chip came with the system, and I dont want to void any warranty.Do you have any other suggestions on how I can solve my problem?

have you tried to reset the chipset?
For resseitng first you should remove the door sensor plug if you use it.
The cartridges move to the middle of the printer and stop there,
then the black cartridges should start flashing, you need to just unclick it and click it back.
The light should stops flashing after that.
Please advise me if you have done this and still have problem.
