Removing The 564 Embedded chip
Do not Bend, Peel or Lift the chip off the cartridges
- First step is hold the flame of lighter near the chip as shown, Forth across the chip for about 1-2 seconds.
- Then carefully pick off the chip, If it does not pick off do it again.
- After you remove the chipset, Placing the chip on CISS cartridges.
(Use double sided sticky tape)
If you get an error when you put the Cartridges in the printer, That says Missing or Damaged.
Wait a few seconds for the message to clear, If it doesn't, don't worry' Just remove the cartridges and re-install them again. Adjust the chip and make sure they are in the right order.
