How to know which version of firmware you have an HP printer?

There are 4 possible ways to do this depending on the printer model:

- Connect the printer network and enter tool and then Printer Information (on the PC).

- Press the back button on the printer 4 times at intervals of 1 second, the hidden menu "Support Menu" select appear and show you the firmware.

- Print a report from the Printer Settings - Reports - Printer status.

- Press the X button on the printer for 5 seconds for a report to print automatically.
